INTERACTIVE JOURNALING

Inner Man Resource Center offers a dynamic interactive journaling curriculum. Interactive Journaling® is an evidence-based practice that motivates and guides individuals toward positive change. This instrument also reduces recidivism. Clients will meet with a facilitator who is trained in the areas of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, The Stages of Change, and much more. Upon completing a course, we provide clients with a certificate of completion. Inner Man Resource Center currently offers facilitation for the following journals:

  • Anger Management

  • Responsible Thinking

  • Substance Use

  • Self-Control

  • Responsible Behavior (Youth Focused Curriculum)

  • Improving My Mental Health

*Our services are not intended to substitute for other forms of professional expertise that the client may need (i.e. psychiatric care, counseling, etc.).
